巴州区“三举措”健全城乡公共文化服务体系

实施文物保护项目。加大文物项目的储备、编制、申报和实施力度，主动对接国家和省级文物部门，先后争取文物保护专项资金3000余万元，实施《南龛、北龛摩崖造像环境整治工程》《龙门山、石门摩崖造像、魁星阁维修保护工程》等国家级重点文物保护单位项目6个，对文物本体实施了抢救保护、病害治理、维护修缮和环境整治，全区文物单位保护状况明显改善，影响力显著提升。

打造城市文化场馆。近年来，投入资金近2亿元，提升打造巴州剧院、区图书馆、区文化馆，打造草坝街等特色文化街区4个，建成图书馆分馆15个、文化馆分馆10个、“城市书房”6个、城市数字影院6家，城市区文化馆、图书馆、晏阳初史迹展览馆等城市公共文化服务阵地全部免费对外开放，年均接待40余万人次。

建设农村文化阵地。按照现代公共文化服务体系建设标准合影要求，提升打造和改扩建乡镇综合文化站23个，建成村（社区）文化活动室431个、幸福美丽新村“文化院坝”114个、乡村博物馆3个、村史馆24个，打造乡镇、学校戏曲传承基地21个，建成乡村学校少年宫24个、留守儿童之家22个。“区有馆、乡有站、村有室”的文化网络格局全面形成。（巴州区委宣传部供稿）
